  • Maybe Management Doesn't Always Suck

I'm on chemo now and they're allowing me to work part time without any problems, including missing days due to the side effects. I was expecting them to find a reason to can me instead..

Wow, good luck with the chemo. May your cure be swift and sure.

It is so good that your management is standing behind you. It probably helps a lot to know you aren't going to get fired. Just please, be careful, and listen to your body.

Hope the chemo goes well. Glad to hear that your management is understanding.

Hope your chemo goes well.. I have a cousin who had chemo and it worked and she's in remission. One of her bosses was not treating her well.. well one phone call from me to her boss changed that.

Good luck with your chemo. My mom is in her second round of chemo for breast cancer right now, so we know what you are going through. Fortunately, with all of the pre-medication they give, she has had no side effects. She just gets really tired. Hopefully, you will fare as well as she has.
