So I got a call today. The first words out of the callers mouth were, "Hello, my name is [name] and I'm going to be your nightmare for today."
What ensued was a perfectly pleasant interaction with a nice customer who needed help finding her serial number and changing her address. [NO! Not that!]
To add to the horror she decided to buy an update right on the spot and pay for it with a credit card, which she had in her hand ready to go.
I wish all my nightmares were that pleasant.
