I am not sure if this is in the right area, but here goes:
I have been a customer of theirs for over 4 years now, and they have never been anything but polite, professional and courteous.
When I speak to a phone CSR, we always have a joke while the info comes up for my requests. They were very apologetic when the computers went down - but I was cool with that (it happens with any info system), so we chat about some of their products.
I phone in about once every 2 weeks for balance queries, and call before I travel overseas, so that they know why charges are coming from different countries, eg tomorrow I am going to Singapore and Malaysia for a week.
Once when I was struggling to make a payment, they were very helpful in making a payment plan.
I am currently closing all my credit cards except this one - the team from Sydney, Australia have impressed me to the point where I will be going to them for future financial products and queries.
