My laptop started giving me a strange error when I start it up and I figured while I was on the phone with the tech I would mention my laoptop cursor bouncing around and causing me to loose typed word(massive amounts of typed word!)
So I call and we go through a few steps, he not only cheerfully takes me through steps I couldn't do on my own(I don't know Vista aside from being to navigate through it) he also looks up how long I have on my warranty for me and ON HIS OWN looks up Toshiba authorised repair shops where I will be moving, gives me the addresses and phone numbers of *3* of them.
I've done tech support, I know when I'm being given the above and beyond. He's either so new he hasn't figured out most customers will make you want to stab their eyes out with sharpened pencils or I was just that breath of decency you get on occasion while working on the phones.
After he got done with me I made him get his supervisor so I could tell him how awesome he was.
