To the customer that filed a formal complaint about how my co-irker was goofing around outside with her friends and acting like an idiot on one one of her many, long smoke breaks while another worker (me!) was running back and forth between the register, deli and trying to finish mopping; THANK YOU! YOU'RE MY HERO!

The GSM's have gathered all the complaints from everyone together and are planning to have a meeting with the store manager about her. She follows all the rules when he's around but that's it. We're really short staffed right now, but he's getting some new hires, so hopefully she'll get fired soon. She's the only person everyone hates working with
