Great customer and a first for me

So this lady comes in and is having some trouble finding a movie to take home. I go around the wall with her and point out various movies that I liked. She thanks me for my help and says she'll be fine without me.
I also end up being the one to check her out. Towards the end of the transaction she asks me for a corporate number and my name. Now I'm thinking, "What'd I do??? "
Instead she says something along the lines of this, "I bet people are quick to complain, but they never take time to compliment people. I want to let corporate know how nice you were."
I was shocked. I've never had that happen before!
Anyways, it absolutely made my day and I wanted to share.
