Verizon and Arby's

K. A week or two ago, my phone took a dive. Actually, my 10 month old daughter decided to chew on the charger and eventually the broken charger broke my phone.

I went to the Verizon store, trying to figure out my options. The girl who helped me was amazing. To make a LONG night's story short, she basically waived the Out-of-Warranty fee, and spent over an hour of her own time making my phone work for a period of time so I could transfer all my videos and pictures and contacts onto paper/memory card for my NEW phone.

This meant so much to me because the first time my daughter crawled, her first smile, everything was on that phone. And she saved it all for me, taking us long into the night after close to make sure I had everything. Did I mention she was gorgeous? I wish I looked like her.



The second story is a bit shorter but still positive.

Went to Arby's as per my sister's request. When I got the total, the price was only a little more than what a regular single order would be. When we got to the window, we inquired as to the price, and the guy gave this shy smile and said he gave us the discount.

Now that's a service-oriented employee. She'll go far in CS if she doesn't burn out due to SC's or get screwed over by morons in management.
