Today, a customer had a child with a personal emergency and the upstairs restroom was occupied. I walked the customer and her children to the downstairs restroom so they could take care of the personal problem. The store director wanted to know what was going on and I told her. She was happy with me for doing what I did.

My daughter is 4, and when she needs a bathroom, it usually means NOW! So on behalf of all the parents of toddlers, thank you for being so considerate. You probably made that mom's day a lot easier.

Actually, the child with the personal emergency needed to get cleaned up since she had an upset stomach. She had an accident in one of the aisles and one of the baggers cleaned it up.
