Thank You to the lovely people at the Tax office, who were lovely and understanding; who didn't mind me breaking down in the middle of the office (i had a really bad day) and who could only find kitchen roll instead of tissues
And thanks to the Guy on the phone (Tax Rebate Office) you were really sweet

Just hope they can help me out now. I really don't get this stuff
