So, my mother and I rent several appliances, washing machine, computer, TV's, any way, we always have the same guy do all our stuff, hge's always nice and always willing to put in extra effort to get us what we want, recently the washing machine was upgraded and the delivery people come to bring the new one, but apparent;y the paperwork hasn't gone through on the old one so they're not supposed to take it with them, however they do (thanks guys)> The next day I get a phone call from Julien apologising that the paperwork didn't go through and we had trouble getting rid of the old washer, surprising for several reasons 1. it wasn't something he had control over, 2. never have we had someone call and apologise for anything like that before 3. It was his day off.
