Some background first-
I work as a "Customer Service Associate" at a major grocery store based in Scarborough, and part of my job is to bring in carts from outside. Our parking lot is maintained by a contractor during the winter, and while the "plow" sits in the corner management apparently has to call them to get them to come.
To the story-
About a week ago I was out doing carts during a snow storm where it'd been snowing most of the day and the plow hadn't budged. Their was a good inch to two inches of snow at least which made pushing even a few cart feel like I was pushing 5. As I was struggling along one of our regulars, who if anyone called a SC I'd think they were insane, drove by in his pickup and dropped the plow on the front clearing a path down the parking lot for me. During another storm a few days later when I was working again a different customer help my pull a load of carts inside when yet again our plow hadn't done its job yet.
