  • Good School Bookstore experience

So, I just got back from getting my books for this semester at the bookstore on campus(community college).
The line was pretty long, but I expected it to be. I got all the books I needed(forgot to get a basket! I had a hard time holding them in line hahaha)
They had about 3 or 4 cashiers working, and everything went really quick! I got in line to get into the bookstore around 6:10 or 6:15, and after getting in and picking my books and checking out I left around 6:45.
Plus my cashier was really enthusiastic, and he seemed pretty happy and everything. Not angry or tired and uncaring like I expected, after a day of long lines and books.

wow i must be super lucky or something - or it could be that classes won't start for anther week and a half so the kids aren't back yet - but...

it was about noonish or so, almost no line.

tho i will say the people working there seemed pleased that I came prepared... had a copy of my schedule, didn't bitch about the prices, and specifically asked for the return policy in case the instructor requests a different book. (that and being polite to them too).

then again this is a community college that only recently was pulled into the state university system, so it's still a bit on the small side.
