I haven't yet gotten used to the Hawaiian names so when I heard her give me her name I thought she said it was Connie. She said it was ok and she understands.
Anyways my grandparents came for a visit in Oct and my grandmother has had me keeping an eye out for pikaki scented candles or perfume. I found some at Walgreens, but all they had left were the tester bottle. So I went to the perfume counter and asked if they knew when they would get get more in. She called a manager over, who called the store manager who dies the ordering. Seems the company that sells the perfume comes in every now and then, and they don't know how often and leaves what they see fit to leave.
So Connie(I can say her name when looking at her tag, but will call her Connie for my purposes) takes my number and says she will call me when it comes in.
A couple weeks go by and I'm in Walgreens to pick up some prescriptions, but stop by the area where they have Burt's Bee's products, which is right next to the perfumes. Connie sees me, remembers me, and checks to see if they have gotten any in. They hadn't she gets my name and number again just to make sure she has it and can call me.
2 weeks later they get some in and she calls me. Only they got 3 in. I ask her if she would please hold on for me and she says no problem.
I go in the next day she sees me as she's putting up some stock and calls to me, we go to the perfume counter and I get my grandmother's perfume.
I have to say that is some of the best service I've ever had.
