super bank!

I have complimented my bank branch here before, but this week it struck me again how good they are at customer service. Someone says hi to me within 5 seconds of me walking in, several of the tellers know me by name and greet me that way, and they're always pleasant and cheerful. I mean, I like the services my bank offers, especially the internet banking, but it's their customer service that really cements my commitment to them (well, that, and they weren't implicated in any of the recent banking stuff so I know they're responsible with money).

So I wrote an email to the corporate office and bragged on that branch. Got a nice response too, and they said they had forwarded the compliment to the manager of the branch. Yay!
