So, I don;t know if anyone else has had to deal with PCIDSS to do with processing credit cards but I got lumbered with it at work. i will freely admit that it was as clear as mud and so I admitted defeat and paid our Acquirer Approved Vendor to help me do it.

That company was SecuirtyMetrics. I have just rung the tech support and got a very nice man in a call centre somewhere is AmericaLand who explained the various questions to me in simple terms and helped me understand and compete the questionaire in minutes.
