  • My boss handles a "Don't you care about my business?" SC

During the night audit sometimes it gets so quiet that my mind wanders.

My hotel is run by father, mother and son. The backbone must be a genetic trait in the family because both parents have it and they passed it on to their son.

I have a lot of respect for the son boss.. When he's had to correct a CW he has never raised his voice, but he's still direct with what his expectations are.

One instance about a year ago we had a problem with a SC not paying to extend her stay until way late. Like 2 or 3 in the afternoon. Even though she does keep paying, boss son has had enough of this.

SC starts bursting into tears. "Don't you care about my business?"
Boss son: Of course I do. You just need to understand that in order for us to accept your business, there are certain things we require.

Yes, you may clone my boss. But only to the highest bidder. Bidding starts at $2k.
To right the countless wrongs of our days... We shine this light of true redemption, that this place may become as paradise...Oh, what a wonderful world such would be...

Considering were hired on the basis of: "The lowest bidding company/department wins this shing example of a well-polished t**d." $2k is orders of magnitude more than is usualy budgeted!
