Background I: In the breakroom, there is a refrigeration, which has a crisper, which is filled with water and drinks for guests. These are not for employees, except Directors or Executives.
Background II: There is an elderly fellow who stands on a corner across from our place of business. He is a sign-waver for an apartment complex a few blocks away.
Background III: Las Vegas is hot in May.
Cola went to run a few errands. Shortly after she leaves, she calls and asks me to get one of the Executive water bottles and take it to the sign waver. He usually has a jug of water, but when I went out to give him the drink, I didn't see one. Maybe he forgot it?
I was more than happy to, and he was more than happy to accept. Big smiles were exchanged.
