I spill wine on a pax but he's totally cool

I spilt red wine over one of my biz passengers white shirt! It's quite turbulant too.

I am very apologetic, offer him dry cleaning wipes and a form that he can fill in to get the shirt cleaned at the airlines expense. I feel so bad and so sorry for the man.

He is totally cool, tells me not to worry, it's just a shirt.
