Customer Made Me Eat Chocolate

Yesterday, I started feeling terrible and a customer that I was checking out noticed this. When she asked me about it, I told her that needed something to eat. She grabbed a chocolate bar off the shelf and told me to eat it which I did. When I came back from break a little later, I paid for the candy since my money was in my purse which was in my locker at the time.

I once had a customer who gave me some cheese bread, just cuz in conversation I said that I was hungry. XD She'd just bought some and just broke off the end and gave it to me. ^^ What a sweetie!

I have a customer who brings me home-made cookies and muffins. They're absolutely inedible. But she's such a darling for bringing them. I usually force down a cookie with a smile on my face before she leaves.

I've had customers try to buy me snacks before. I've managed to politely refuse so far - not because I'm not hungry (I'm usually starving and pretty shaky when they do so), but because we get counted off BIG TIME on mystery shops if we're seen chewing anything at our registers.

But one customer and her daughter came to visit me when I was in the hospital 2 years ago.. with homemade cookies! I'm now really good friends with them.
