Isn't that the BEST? On one of the rare times this happened to me, it was an insanely busy day and i'd had no less than TWO wenches bitch me out for having "terrible customer service skills!" and this one lady stopped to tell me that she was a manager at some other store and that she thought I was doing an AWESOME job. I actually started tearing up.

Some times we just need to hear it don't we?

It's more that we don't get to hear it enough, people 9/10 will complain in comparison to those that would compliment.
