So today I ordered pizza from Vito's. Mmmmm pizza.
I ordered from work about 3pm. Person on the phone is super nice, lets me make some little adjustments to the pizza (taking stuff off of a Specialty pizza and changing the crust is usually a no- no 'round here)... Just generally nice and awesome the whole time. They tell me that I'm looking at about 40 minutes (perfectly fine with me)
320 rolls around, and what to I spy? My favorite pizza guy. Yep, 20 minutes after ordering
This guy is my favorite because he is always SUPER nice and sweet, friendly but not "too" friendly (if you know what I mean).(Doesn't hurt that he's a cutie. I may be taken, but Silver is not dead
. Me likey lookey) He always tells me to keep my coupon to use next time. I compliment him for getting to my work so fast, and his reply? "I hurried out the door when I saw it was you guys. I've been delivering here for awhile, and you guys are always real nice"
I was super super happy. He really made my night. To top it off, I tried the pizza and it was one of the BEST I have EVER had. (I was , of course, a good Silver and shared
)
I made SURE to call and compliment the driver and the food. The manager was so cute... When I told her how happy I was with the driver and the food, she LITERALLY exclaims "Woo hooo! Yay!!!"
Too cute.
Saddened me a little though... To get THAT kind of reaction... People must not take the time to call with something good very often.
My philosophy is this... If you are exceptional, your manager is GOING to find out from me. Be it good or bad, they will find out.
(On a side note, bet it doesn't hurt that we tip well. I also happen to know that this place is willing to make an exception for us, and we don't need to worry about minimum orders
)
