There is an excellent Mexican restaurant here in town called Mi Mexico. It's always been my favorite.
I had just seen my friend in "Scapino" at the local college, and she invited me to tag along to the cast party afterwards at Mi Mexico.
Management and the waitstaff were cool with the large group (of course, we weren't SCs!). One of the cast was from Chile, and was talking to one of the waiters from Mexico about the linguistic differences. The staff seemed to be having as much fun as we were (the cast was a very fun and interesting group).
The manager let us stay way past closing. He even sent over plates of sopapillas on the house for dessert! Eventually all the chairs were up at the tables and everything was ready to close-down except out table, so they had to kick us out. They had been completely cool with everything. I couldn't believe they went above-and-beyond like that! I made sure to leave them a huge tip...they deserved it.
