Target Customer service
I bought 2 of the 3shelf book cases at target because they were lowered to $16 form the original price oh $29. After i check out and see i was charged the $29 price i went to the service desk and explained it to them and asked if i cold leave my basket up here and check because I could of just looked wrong
Well the manager happens to walk by and we tell her the story so she calls that department and finds they were $16 but the sale was over on the 19th. I told her ok cool my mistake then, ready to still walk out the door with the shelves (2 'need' their own shelf) she cashier say I am so sorry and since it was a mistake on your part I will refund you the difference.
I wasnt even going to ask for it. Humanity is looking a but up today. But then maybe she could see I was struggling with a migraine and 2 excited girls on my hands and got me out as quick as possible
