So on Friday we had calls in queue, average wait about 30 seconds (which for a relay center is disastrously long). I got a deaf user who connected to me and I dialed the number and got a busy signal. The deaf user responded by saying "ok, I'll try again later, I know you guys are busy, help the next person who's waiting to call"
