I've had to change my bill date three times now! First when I signed up, it fell when most of my bills were already due, so they moved it. Then today I have them move it again because worked changed our pay schedule, making my last check of the month when all my bills come out. They're utterly pleasant about it and change it for me, but I have to wonder what they think when they look at my account notes 
edit: I paid my bill while I was on the phone with a rep, she was discussing my new bill cycle and that I'd still need to pay by the 21st even though I'm changing my bill date to the 12th and goes:
Rep: ...did you just pay your bill?
Me: ....yes...
[thinking: HOW DID YOU KNOW GET OUT OF MY HEAD]
Rep: Oh, well thank you its posted to your account
