Oh holy hell. This guy was awesome.
One of our cashiers, only been here a few months, and I like the heck out of this gal, is one of the most charismatic, charming individuals I've ever heard speak. The customers love her too.
One customer, after being spoken to by many of the staff, and having just checked out, thumbed toward the back, said "I'll be back," and jogged out over to the back wall to the office, knocked on their door, and let loose the most amazing string of complements to the store and its staff.
Seriously, he went well out of his way to speak to the managers about how awesome we are.

So now he gets the best of everything we have. You get what you give, after all. We all know each other by name, inquire as to each others' family, ... and would you believe he plays World of Warcraft?
