A Night At Outback
SO and I went to Outback steakhouse for dinner the other night for our anniversary. Food was great, but what was incredible was the service, especially the service we received from our server K. She always made sure we weren't empty on our drinks and what blew us away was how well timed everything was and how she flawlessly executed that. Most sit down places you go to the server brings out the appetizer first and not long after you get your entree piled on with it. Not that night. Right when we ordered our appetizer she put in the order to the kitchen and made sure to put in our order for our entrees when we were ready. What was great too was that she didn't rush us at all. It's great to feel welcome and not rushed, but I just loved how she had everything well timed from start to finish. We gave her a generous tip (well over 20%) and she personally thanked us for it. Next time SO and I go to the Outback downtown, we'll request her. K, you are awesome!!
