Recently I had one of those Brain-Burp moments. I was wearing a zippered jacket with a new scarf. Naturally, I got the scarf stuck in the zipper 
And it was really stuck, with fabric jammed in there so tight I couldn't make it budge. I was about to cut it free
even though I really love this scarf, when it occurred to me to take it to a tailor shop & see if they could get it out.
I told them I understood there would probably be a hole in the scarf but I really like both the scarf and the jacket. They weren't expensive, but still...The lady in the shop was very nice and totally understood.
Got both garments back today. I can't even tell where the scarf had been stuck in the zipper. Perfect!
It cost me a few bucks but frankly it was well worth it! Yay!!
