  • Self-praise: Lost child

I was not at work, but in another store entirely while all of this happened.

My boyfriend and a were at MarPets, and I see this woman around the corner. Around our (mine and b/f's) there was a toddler. I assume the kid is hers for a moment or two, but then afterward, I ask her and she says, "No, he's not mine."

So naturally I panic. I pick the tyke up and find a Marpets employee, who shows me to the mother.

She was PANICKED. Beyond belief. THe relief in her eyes...

    yay for you!
I can only please one person a day, today isn't your day, and tomorrow doesn't look good either.

When someone asks you a stupid question, give them a stupid answer.

      You're a hero.
Customers should always be served . . . to the nearest great white.
