Awesomeness at P.F.Changs
Haven't posted in a while due to moves, attitude changes for the better, etc.
Anywhoo, a few months back my fiancee and I dined at P.F. Changs. We could tell the waiter was having some difficulty somehow, but always coming back and updating the order, checking on us, etc. It seemed they were understaffed and he was doing the best he could.
The service there seemed about right, what I would expect, but to make the guy's day better I went and told the manager what an awesome job he was doing and that we were very pleased how well he did despite how busy it was. The manager asked us to wait while he ran in the back, then came back with a coupon for a BOGO entree. We were pretty surprised, but if we get service again as good or better I'll mention it to the manager but refuse the coupons.
