over the last 2 nights (Tuesaday and Wed.) we got wacked with a big snowstorm and I had to work BOTH nights.
for the most part we were BUSY as heck. most customer were understanding about the 90+ minute delivery times.
BUT......
there were several customers that stood out (in a good way)
the first group (as in about 75% of my deliveries) tipped VERY GOOD BOTH nights AND thanked me up and down (and sang my praises) for coming out in the weather and delivering to them.
The second one I would like to mention was the lady who SPECIFICALLY shovelled her sidewalk and the walk up to the door AND her steps up to the porch because she knew she had ordered pizza delivery. she did not want to have the delivery person (me) have to trudge through 3 foot snow drifts. when I arrived whe must have just come inside from shoveling cause she was out of breath. AND she tipped generously.
