Had to return a motherboard because it was no longer needed for the repair I was doing. They waived the the restocking fee along with the promo code issue I contacted on in the first place within a matter of 5 minutes. I was expecting the promo code issue to be resolved but they definitely went above and beyond.

Actually ended up ordering ram for my new computer when I saw it on a good price with a rebate week later because I was still so pleased.

Aren't they the greatest! I buy from them a couple of times a week and their service has always been outstanding when there is an issue. I've had a few bad parts and a few times I just screwed up and bought the wrong thing and they always handle the problem really quickly. I wish some of my other vendors would take notice.

When I was running a small computer repair business I used them exclusively for parts. They are awesome - never had a problem they did not fix.

I adore NewEgg. My last two computers and a ton of bits and pieces have all come from them and I have yet to have a single complaint.

I guess as long as you buy quality components you don't need to worry, soem of the no-name/ new companies can be hit or miss and the Return shipping runs more than the item if it arrives DOA or needs replacement.
