So, i had a customer call to make a reservation for a particularly busy weekend. The reservation was fairly standard, but as I closed the call, the gentleman told me I was the most professional desk clerk he had talked to while trying to reserve a room.
Because of the flood, I went out of my way to make sure that guests trying to get to a locality had directions to bypass the closed roads. Many thanked me for the consideration, and one shook my hand, which was nice.
