Coleman comes through,again! :D
I called them up to bitch,moan,complain,etc... about the crappy damn airbed I bought at Walmart that leaked on the 1st campin' trip & we want somebody to do something now!!!! 
actually it went like this,short version:
"Howdy Charming Young Lady,we bought the bed from Walmart,no I don't have the receipt because I'm an idiot & threw it away/lost it,what can I do?"
CYL: "I'll send you a new one,but I can only do it once without a receipt"
Me: "uh.....OK"
She got my info & then we chatted for about 20 minutes....I have to admit I loved hearing her accent
This ain't the 1st time that Coleman's done right by us & so we'll continue to use their products.
They have nice people working for them.
