    I am so appreciative of this.
    I've had problems selling on eBay before and as I'm having a clearout before I move house I got the dreaded "where is my item?" email
    Long story short it turns out it was being held at her sorting office, but throughout this woman was lovely, she was apologetic about contacting me about the item disappearing, she was insistent that I didn't refund her the cost if it didn't turn up (my policy is that I will cover the cost of the item but not the postage if it doesn't arrive) and once she had received it she left me some wonderful feedback. It's people like her that fulfil my trust in eBay users.

    Bonus Story
    Bought a new coat from Marks and Spencer...

    [Cashier] Do you have a voucher? If you're spending over £35 and you have a voucher you receive 10% off.
    [Me] Sorry I don't
    [Cashier] One moment *disappears for a moment reappears with a voucher* I never gave it to you...
    [Me] Oh look I just found my voucher!
    [Cashier] Great! that's 10% off!

    Thank you so much, I desperately needed a winter coat and any money I can save will help towards my house move. I feel so grateful she went and found me one. One awesome cashier!

    Ebay can be a wonderful thing when both sides do what they're supposed to do.
    Customers should always be served . . . to the nearest great white.
