As noted in another thread, yesterday was free pretzel day at Auntie Anne's. One free pretzel to a customer until 3pm. While this was awesome news, we were very busy at my store and didn't have time to take advantage of the freebies.
A customer who my co-worker had tried to help, but we didn't have what she needed, was so appreciative of the help that she and her friend went and got their free pretzels and gave them to us!
