CSR at Eddie Bauer

I ordered a jacket online, and it got here today. I tried it on, and it was a bit too big for me. Phooey.
So I called EB online, got a CSR really quickly, and she was great about explaining/listing the size specs just for that jacket and a size I would fit better.
She rocked!
