    I had to call them yesterday - my internet price had gone through the roof and it was almost too expensive to keep running it.
    So I called Century Link for help, and Jodi/ Jodey/Jodie from North Dakota helped me find a good plan for me, without a plain phone line; I wanted naked DSL. She was very helpful, cheery (not the cheesy kind) and just overall cool. I even commented through their website about her. I hope she gets something good from it.

    Glad to hear that you're providing good feedback she sounds pretty cool! Thanks to this site, I've actually been trying to pass on good feedback when I notice excellent service

      I try to give people good feedback too. I will also go to bat and find a manager if I am shopping somewhere else and I see a customer being abusive to an employee. I did this last week at the grocery store for one of the cashiers who is one of my customers at my work. Some jerk started swearing at her over an expired coupon and was holding up everyone else in the line. I was with my hubby so I walked over to the service desk and asked them to page a manager to her register for an abusive customer. The manager came over and got rid of the customer. He thanked me for my help and she was really happy I did that. She has done the same thing for me.
