A customer wrote a letter to management saying that she wanted to let them know what awesome employees they had. She named three people and I was one of them. 
To be honest, I barely remember this lady. She had sent a check in for something and was worried that we hadn't gotten it, and her ad wouldn't run without prepayment. It turned out to be in accounting (and we have got to find out how they keep getting our mail, wtf people, this is a problem...). Customer was very happy that we "went above and beyond for her."
As we all know people would rather complain than give compliments, so this was really nice to see. Thanks Mrs. K.!
