Had that a few times yesterday, someone would call me with an EDGE issue (one of the programs that feeds into ours) and they'd just start talking, not letting me get a word in edgewise (pardon the pun). Next thing I know, they'd be telling me, "Never mind, it's working now" Or, "Never mind, I guess I'll call EDGE support." and then get a, "Thanks for the help."
