Me: Thx for calling blah blah.. how can I help you?
SC: I'd like to chk the status of my claim?
Me: Ok, can I get your acct #?
SC: I don't know
Me: Ok what can you provide me with to find you in our system?
*cust provides SSN, acct located*
Me: Ok Ma'am.. I don't see a claim here for you, what type of transaction were you disputing?
SC: I don't know, they just told me I have a fraudulent tansaction.
Me: Ok What was the amount?
SC: I don't know.
Me: How did you file a claim without knowing the amount, or the specific transaction you were disputing?
SC: I dont' know.. can you tell me the status of my claim?
Me: ..
