CW: A co-worker who takes in phones for service.

CW: Can't I submit it and you can fix it?
Ne: There is nothing I can do. We don't have the Palm desktop on our computers and we don't have the access to install software, plus we're running Windows 2000.
CW: So, what do I tell him?
Me:
Tell the customer he needs to go to Palm.com and see if there is an update for the Palm desktop for Windows Vista!
(Why do I always find myself in a support style position when these new SNAFU operating systems (and I use the term loosely) comes out? Where was I when WinME launched? Tech support.
