Not particularily sucky, but kinda funny.
Lady has her computer reloaded at the shop. One of the things that she has to do on her own is to reinstall her printer. Bossman and I tell her several times to install the software and not plug the printer into the computer until it tells her to.
20 minutes later the phone rings. It is, of course, the same lady. And what has she done? She plugged in the printer (she didn't turn it on though), and now Windows has the New Device Wizard up, and she's wondering what to do.
So, I got her sorted out, and Bossman and I were chuckling about this after I got off the phone.
