Let me state that this has been in the news for weeks prior to it happening as well as letters...
This lady called in about issues with her cable, she had a voluntary disconnect she apparently knew nothing about. When I told her that she was going to be disconnected by her request she asked if I was Time Warner....no....Time Warner became my company as of 3 months ago. She then went on to say that she never received any notice of that. All our trucks and our entire building has the new logo etc as well as our commercials. I ofcourse sent her to Retention as they do cancellations of disconnects etc. I almost felt sorry for the Retention rep, this lady called us on the 18th of Sept to cancel service then called on the 29th wondering what was going on and where Time Warner was.....I held in my laughing at this lady that just obviously was not all there.
