I cried i was so upset after this phone call.

2 days ago i called tmobile and talked to someone in the tech dept because the internet wasnt working on my phone. Well after about 1/2 hour and a great guy he fixes it. he was so polite and we had a great conversation (about mine and his kids) while he was troubleshooting and telling me what to do. and at the end of the call after everything was working and he was telling me about some outages and other stuff, the phone i was talking to him on died.

I was so upset that he would think i just hung up on him. SO i tried to call back, but the person i talked to said she couldnt transfer to one specific person but left a note on my account. I told her that he was an awesome help, and i didnt want him to think that i just hung up on him. So tmobile guy if your reading this Im so sorry, i really didnt hang up on you. I know i hate it when people hang up on me when the conversation is almost over.

(if this is in the wrong spot, sorry, im still getting the hang of where stuff goes.)

    sad little me.

    I can relate, somewhat.

The video card in my computer died shortly after I got it, so once I proved that the video card was the problem by swapping it out with another and trying both computers, I called in for a warranty replacement.

I was on the phone with someone from the company, and he was taking down my information, when things went silent. Actually, I didn't notice at first, because he told me to wait while he set up the request. After I didn't hear anything for awhile, I asked him if he was still there. Silence. Turned out my big orange cat was messing with the phone cord, and managed to disconnect it.

I called back, and by some miracle, got the same guy. I explained to him that my stupid cat had pulled out the cord, and he just chuckled and said, "I wondered what had happened to you!"

From the way things were going I doubt he thought you hung up on him. The phone going poot happens to everyone at sometime or another.

I was trying to fix my Mom's router when I dropped the phone and accidentally hung up on the woman helping me. I felt so guilty. So I called back and asked the next person I got to apologize if she should mention it.

I wouldn't worry about it. Anyone who does any kind of phone support knows that stuff like that happens. Only if you've been SC would a tech thing you hung up on purpose.

gawd i hate when that happens.

sometimes the phones at work would do that... which sucks when you're trying to get reservations or support... at those times we could only pray it would stay up long enough to get things finished. (knock on wood)
