Since its a rather involved call let me set the stage for it. I have been training for a new contract for my job. Its supporting a Pharmaceutical company as their Help Desk.
She was working at home on her personal computer, using her personal printer. She was remotely connecting to a Citrix environment using their workstation at work. She was expecting to print from her citrix environment to her personal printer. When explained that this is not actually possible, she goes into a long entitlement rant about how thats ridiculous and whats the point of working from home.
One thing you must understand, we do not support non [company] issued hardware. She could not accept that and was told that the nature of the environment that its not possible. For the portal she was using it is exactly explained the restrictions are "No printing". When the trainer took over and gave her a better explanation and was offering a solution, in mid sentence she hung up.
