Dear [reseller],
Look on your desktop for the [new version] icon. If you can find it, double-click on it to run [new version]. The icon for [old version] will open [old version] not [new version]. [New version] will have an Activate button. Click that to activate it.
If you cannot find the [new version] icon try downloading [new version] again. When prompted choose Run to install [new version]. The installer will place [new version] icon on your desktop. Follow the directions in the above paragraph to open [new version] and activate it.

This was in response to an email from a reseller who was told to download and activate the new version on their dealer demo by Mark. She was wondering why there wasn't an activate button and why it was showing the wrong version number when she started the program.
It wasn't clear from her email that she had even installed the new version. This is somebody who is demonstrating our software to customers in hopes of selling it.
