  • Who is more important part II

OK, this one is trickier than the last one, pay attention.

    - A customer service rep who needs to set up her out of office reply letting people know she will not be in the office the rest of the day

    - A wireless router for the field operations (the guys who fix the towers) and ERT (emergency response team) coordination.

I'll give you a hint, we've had a few feeder bands from tropical storm Fay (possibly hurricane Fay soon).

This one is tricky, I know but you have a 50-50 shot.

A PSA, if I may, as well as another.

I'd say B, but obviously at least one person has to think A is more important.

I'm going to go with the 2nd choice. Emergencies take precedence over anything else.

No, the petty needs of VIP's take precedence over everything. Including the laws of physics.

I'm getting tired of this customer service team and their "emergencies". Well, no. The team itself is pretty cool and knows the true meaning of an emergency, it's the supervisors who think if a font is wrong on one of their computers we need to drop everything and come running to their rescue.

So now i have two RF engineers computers I need to work on (RF engineers are the people who look at coverage reports, dead spots and tries to find a solution to the issue either pointing towers, reconfiguring the surrounding towers, adding another broadcaster on the tower, or building a new tower etc..). What "emergency" will they come up with?

Honestly? My priority would be A then B. Because I already have a user guide created for the OOO. So, a quick email, and it's done.

That sounds a little overly optimistic. I think we all know that they'd phone you at least twice asking what certain steps mean.
