    The chief IT operative was fired for reasons he felt was inaccurate and fairly minor. The catch is, a few days later a problem occurred and no one could access the necessary parts of the network to fix it. Turns out the guy was the only one with the passwords needed and no one had him turn them over before he was sacked.
    Bit of confusion, San Francisco guy rigged up an "Uber" password to block everyone out of the system after getting a disciplinary as insurance against getting fired. (sum up here)

    Connecticut dude was fired then cracked the network to delete system critical files (here)
