Okay, am I like the only person in the world that can read bounce back messages??

How hard is it to look at a bounce back message, and see the last freaking words in the thing as "User account is unavailable". Why does it take someone with my tremendous mental abilites () to read that?

Um... could it be that the recipient's email account... is unavailable?????

GASP!

Or, how about this. Why do I have to get the work order that an email to soandso@aolaol.com doesn't work??

ARG!

Why can't people just friggin' open their eyes and read the pretty words in the email? Why do they have to bug me???????????

And, to add to the craziness, I'm going through all the phone numbers on our PBX and organizing them into groups, so we can know what we're looking at for our VOIP upgrade.

No, suffer with the rest of us. My mom has a friend in Cuba. Until recently it was next to impossible for most Cubans to get a personal email address. So he got one at the hotel he works for. IE. Spanish personal name, Spanish hotel name.

My mom does not read, does not speak, does not understand a word of Spanish.

Yet, every time her email bounces she tries to blame me for messing around with her machine than admit she could have spelled something wrong in another language than her was used to.

I had one today, I don't know why people think that if they type in the wrong email address it will automatically go to the right one or if our domain is blocked...

We're STILL dealing with some domains that have fun blacklisted. phishers!!!
